RanLife Home Loans is seeking individual looking to get their foot in mortgage industry to learn and train as a mortgage loan processor.
This is an entry-level position where an individual would be able to get their foot in th emortgage industry.
As a junior mortgage loan processor, you will be responsible for reviewing loan files to ensure compliance with checklists, and managing email communication with operation staff and loan officers. You'll request needed documentation, and set expectations with team members, loan officers, and third- party sources. You'll perform accurate and complete input into RanLife's Point of Sale or Loan Origination system.
You will also assist the processing staff with other tasks or projects, as needed. All applicants will be responsible for running AUS and setting up the files to match and meet underwriting conditions. You will also assist loan officers in answering questions or concerns they have regarding their files.

Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and handle a heavy workload
Computer Skills: Windows, Microsoft, Excel and LOS System preferred
