Would you like to become a Loan Officer? RanLife trains new loan officers. We've trained new LO's for 20 years. We offer an immersive, proven training program through which aspiring loan officers can work as a part of a team to pass the NMLS test and then learn how to originate loans.
Trainers are incentivized to assist new loan officers as they develop key skills. As new loan officers demonstrate proficiency in new skills they progress through levels of compensation until they reach our experienced loan officer compensation package. We offer daily, weekly and monthly trainings that take place in both group and one-to-one settings.
We also offer hourly pay until new LO's can break into commissions. Additionally, you learn to originate worry-free due to RanLife's income guarantee. Once licensed, RanLife will manage all your continuing education and license renewals.

Understanding of basic math (Dealing with decimals, percentages, basic algebra)
