This is an entry-level position where an individual would be able to get their foot in themortgage industry.
As a junior mortgage loan processor, you will be responsible for reviewing loan files toensure compliance with checklists, and managing email communication with operationstaff and loan officers. You'll request needed documentation, and set expectations withteam members, loan officers, and third- party sources. You'll perform accurate andcomplete input into RanLife's Point of Sale or Loan Origination system.
You will also assist the processing staff with other tasks or projects, as needed. Allapplicants will be responsible for running AUS and setting up the files to match andmeet underwriting conditions. You will also assist loan officers in answering questions orconcerns they have regarding their files.

Computer Skills: Windows, Microsoft, Excel and LOS System preferred
